We use information received through the Amazon Advertising API only to provide advertising campaign management, reporting, analysis, optimization, and related services authorized by the Amazon advertiser.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or use Amazon Advertising data for unrelated marketing, consumer profiling, credit decisions, or any purpose unrelated to the authorized advertising services.

We disclose Amazon Advertising data only to employees, contractors, and service providers who require access to operate or support the authorized service. These parties must protect the information and may not use it for their own purposes.

When an advertiser revokes access, closes its account, or asks us to delete its information, we will delete or securely dispose of the associated Amazon Advertising data unless retention is required by law or necessary to resolve an active legal or security matter.
